BUSINESS HOURS
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
If you need to place an order before or after business hours please leave a message
and we will call you back during regular business hours to confirm your order. You
may also fax your order in.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped UPS or U.S. Postal unless other arrangements are made for
pick-up or delivery. We are willing to shop around for a cheaper shipping cost
upon your request.

ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS
We welcome anyone who wishes to apply for an open account with COBRA
CHIMNEY CAPS INC. You must have an approved credit application on file and
allow seven working days for processing. Open accounts are billed at the end of
each month and a detailed statement will be mailed. All Accounts with credit are
subject to a credit limit, to be determined by Cobra Chimney Caps. Accounts not
paid within 15 days of the billing date are subject to suspension and delinquent
account charges will be assessed. Returned checks are subject to a $40 service
charge.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush services are offered to meet your demanding deadlines that require less time
than the normal turnaround time. Acceptance of rush orders and the added charges
must be approved by you and COBRA CHIMNEY CAPS INC prior to production.
Rush order charges reflect a 50% to 100% premium depending upon deadline
requirements.

REMAKES
The primary objective of COBRA CHIMNEY CAPS INC. is to provide a quality
product to your satisfaction. When a discrepancy occurs over a final product, you
must discuss your concerns with COBRA CHIMNEY CAPS INC. and return the
product within 30 days.

REVISIONS & CANCELLATIONS
If a revision or cancellation is made during the production of your order, you must
pay for the work completed up to that point.

TURNAROUND TIMES
The turnaround time fluctuates depending on the season. Winter is our busy
season, please allow 1-3 weeks. During the summer we tend to slow down, please
allow 1-2 weeks. When ordering, let us know if you need it sooner and we can let
you know turn around time.

PRICES

SPECIALTY
Chimney Caps made of copper or that are powder coated caps can be made upon
request. If you have special needs for your chimney caps, please let us know.
Custom and specialty caps are priced per quote, and may take a longer than
normal turn around time. We are also able to make other styles of caps not shown
in our catalog. Please let us know if you need a special style of cap.

Chimney Cap Warrantee

Stainless Steel Chimney Caps are warranted for lifetime of original owner. Under normal wear and tear. Proper care must be taken in order for the warrantee to be valid. It does not include improper installation or improper care of the chimney cap. The warrantee will cover any deterioration of the metal (Stainless steel only) and problems with the manufacturing of the chimney cap. Normal cleaning needs to be done in order to maintain proper working order. This does not include damage from natural weather damage.

Contact your installer if you have any problems or need a replacement cap.
